Strawberry Napoleon

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 3 wafer sugar cookies
  • ¼ cup Breyers® Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Breyers™ Real Fruit Strawberry Sauce
  • Sliced strawberries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place one wafer cookie on a plate. Using a small ice cream scoop or spoon, place one scoop of ice cream on top of wafer. Spoon 1-2 teaspoons of strawberry sauce on top
  2. Place second wafer cookie on top and press down to spread ice cream. Repeat with additional ice cream, sauce and cookie.
  3. Top with an additional scoop of ice cream and sauce, garnish with fresh strawberries and enjoy.

Strawberry Drizzled Pound Cake

Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 prepared pound cake, cut into 8 slices
  • 1 jar Breyers™ Real Fruit Strawberry Sauce
  • 1 quart Breyers® Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Sliced strawberries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Scoop ice cream on top of pound cake slices.
  2. Drizzle with strawberry sauce.
  3. Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve immediately.

Hot Fudge Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie

Ice cream cake everyone will scream for.

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Yields: 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • 1½ qt Breyers® Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Hot Fudge Sauce

Instructions:

  1. To make the crust, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter in a small bowl. Preheat oven to 350°F. Press crust mixture firmly into a 9-inch spring form pan. Bake until golden, about 8 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Squeeze a layer of hot fudge sauce onto the bottom of the crust and spread to cover.
  3. In a mixing bowl, stir together ice cream and peanut butter on medium speed until combined. Pour on top of hot fudge sauce and freeze for at least 5 hours.
  4. Drizzle with remaining hot fudge sauce just before serving.

Caramel Bacon Donut Sundae

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 glazed donut
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 container Breyers® Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Hot Fudge Sauce
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Caramel Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Spread hot fudge sauce over top of donut.
  2. Cut bacon in half and criss cross over donut.
  3. Place a scoop of ice cream on top of bacon.
  4. Drizzle with caramel sauce and garnish with extra crumbled bacon.
  5. Serve immediately.

Brownie Bowl Sundae

Make every day sundae!

Prep Time: 45 minutes
Yields: 12 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 box brownie mix + ingredients to prepare
  • 1 container Breyers® Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Hot Fudge Sauce
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Caramel Sauce
  • 1 bottle Breyers™ Rainbow Sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a standard size muffin pan with cooking spray. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Pour into muffin pan, filling compartments about half full. Bake until firm, 15-18 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
  2. To make the brownie bowl, hollow out brownies using a teaspoon.
  3. Place a scoop of ice cream in each bowl, drizzle with hot fudge and caramel sauces and top with rainbow sprinkles.
  4. Serve immediately.

Mint Chocolate Mocktinis

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Yields: 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Breyers® Vanilla Ice Cream
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Hot Fudge Ice Cream Sauce
  • 1 bottle Breyers™ Chocolate Sprinkles
  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract or 1 shot crème de menthe liquor
  • ¼ tsp green gel food coloring

Instructions:

  1. Squeeze a few tablespoons of hot fudge sauce onto a plate. Roll the rim of martini glasses into hot fudge.
  2. Pour chocolate sprinkles onto a separate plate and roll chocolate-rimmed glasses into sprinkles.
  3. Blend together ice cream, milk, food color and peppermint extract or crème de menthe liquor.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Hot Fudge Coffee Shooters

Ingredients:

  • 1 container Breyers® Coffee Ice Cream
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Hot Fudge Ice Cream Sauce
  • 1 can ready-to-use whipped cream
  • 12 small shortbread cookies

Instructions:

  1. Spoon ice cream into small serving glasses.
  2. Top with hot fudge sauce and whipped cream, garnish with cookie.
  3. Serve immediately.

Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pies

Prep Time: 45 minutes
Yields: 12 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 log of cut and serve chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 container Breyers® Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Hot Fudge Ice Cream Sauce
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Caramel Ice Cream Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a standard muffin pan.
  2. Cut cookie dough into 12 slices.
  3. Place slices into muffin tin compartments and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  4. Allow cookies to cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
  5. Place a scoop of ice cream on each cookie and drizzle with hot fudge and caramel sauces. Serve immediately.

Cherry Danish

Bakery fresh—right from your own oven.

Prep Time: 45 minutes
Yields: 12 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of ready-to-use refrigerated thin-crust pizza dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Breyers™ Real Fruit Cherry Topping
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 egg mixed with 1 Tbsp water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Unroll pizza dough onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Use a knife or pastry cutter to cut ½ inch arms along both sides, about 1½ inches inwards.
  3. Fold arms over the cream cheese/cherry mixture, crossing in the middle.
  4. Brush egg wash over the top of the dough.
  5. Bake until golden, 15-18 minutes.
  6. Mix together the powdered sugar and milk until desired consistency is achieved. Drizzle over warm pastry. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Cherry Pie Fries with Hot Fudge Dipping Sauce

Fries have never tasted so sweet!

Prep Time: 45 minutes
Yields: 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (2 rolls) ready-to-use refrigerated piecrust
  • ¼ cup Breyers™ Real Fruit Cherry Topping
  • 1 egg mixed with 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Hot Fudge Ice Cream Sauce
  • Sugar for sprinkling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll first piecrust on clean work surface.
  3. Spread cherry topping in a thin layer over entire surface.
  4. Unroll second piecrust and place over the first one, pressing lightly into place.
  5. Use a pastry cutter to cut into “fries” about ¼ to ½ inch wide and then into desired length.
  6. Place fries on lined cookie sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Bake until golden, 12-15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature with hot fudge sauce for dipping.

Banana Split Shooters

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Yields: 12 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 container Breyers® Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 can ready-to-serve whipped cream
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Caramel Ice Cream Sauce
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 12 maraschino cherries
  • 12 shot glasses

Instructions:

  1. Layer ice cream and banana slices into shot glasses.
  2. Pour caramel sauce on top of ice cream and bananas.
  3. Top with whipped cream and cherries. Serve immediately.

Breyers™ Fondue Tray

wait until you try caramel-dipped.

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Yields: 24 servings

Ingredients:

  • Various foods to dip, such as: strawberries, apple or banana slices
  • Pound cake cubes
  • Crisped rice squares
  • Brownie cubes
  • Mini cupcakes
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Caramel Ice Cream Sauce
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Hot Fudge Ice Cream Sauce
  • 1 package decorative food picks or skewers

Instructions:

  1. Squeeze sauces into two small bowls.
  2. If you would like to serve the fondue warm, microwave bowls for 15 seconds, stir, then microwave at 10-second intervals until warmed through.
  3. Place on serving tray with prepared fruits, desserts and skewers.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Marshmallow Skewers

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Yields: 24 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag marshmallows
  • 1 package decorative food picks or skewers
  • 1 jar Breyers™ Rainbow Sprinkles
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Hot Fudge Ice Cream Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Pour sprinkles onto a shallow tray or plate.
  2. Squeeze sauce into a small bowl.
  3. Dip the top of each marshmallow into the sauce and then into the sprinkles.
  4. Place dipped marshmallows, sprinkle side up, onto a serving tray.
  5. Place picks into the top of each marshmallow prior to serving.

Breyers™ Brownie Hearts

Brownies, caramel and nuts—what’s not to love?

Prep Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Yields: 15-20 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of brownie mix and ingredients necessary to prepare
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Caramel Ice Cream Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions.
  3. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  4. Pour batter into prepared sheet, spreading to the edges, and bake for 15-20 minutes, until edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  5. Let brownies cool completely before removing from tray.
  6. Cut out hearts using a 2-4 inch cookie cutter.
  7. Warm sauce in microwave according to package directions.
  8. Drizzle warm sauce over hearts and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Breyers® Ice Cream Sandwich Hearts

Prep Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Yields: 10-15 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of brownie mix and ingredients necessary to prepare
  • 1 carton of your favorite Breyers® Ice Cream
  • 1 jar Breyers™ Rainbow Sprinkles
  • 1 jar Breyers™ Chocolate Sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions.
  3. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  4. Pour batter into prepared sheet, spreading to the edges, and bake for 15-20 minutes, until edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  5. Let brownies cool completely.
  6. Pour sprinkles onto plates or shallow dishes.
  7. Cut out hearts from the cooled brownies, using a 3-4 inch cookie cutter. While cutting out hearts, remove ice cream from freezer to soften.
  8. Using your heart cookie cutter as a mold, place one brownie heart on the bottom, spoon softened ice cream on top, and then place a second brownie heart on top. Remove from cookie cutter.
  9. Roll in sprinkles and then place immediately into the freezer.
  10. Let sit in freezer until firm, about 20 minutes.

Strawberry Milkshake

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Yields: 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Breyers® Nonfat Vanilla Ice Cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 8 Tbsp Breyers™ Real Fruit Strawberry Topping
  • Whipped Topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add ice cream, milk and strawberry topping to a blender.
  2. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses, add a dollop of whipped topping and enjoy!

Cherry Breakfast Pastries

Finally, a reason to get out of bed in the morning!

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Yields: 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 package refrigerated rollout piecrusts
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 jar Breyers™ Real Fruit Cherry Topping
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Hot Fudge Ice Cream Sauce
  • 1 bottle Breyers™ Rainbow Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Unroll one piecrust. Use a rolling pin to roll the pastry into a rectangular shape.
  3. Cut the rectangle into 6 equal portions using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
  4. Repeat rolling and cutting with second pie crust.
  5. Place 6 of the rectangles on a parchment or silicone-lined baking sheet.
  6. Spoon about 1 Tbsp of cherry topping onto the center of each rectangle.
  7. Place the remaining 6 rectangles on top of the cherry topping and use a fork to seal edges.
  8. Whisk egg white and brush onto top of pastries.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  10. Let cool slightly, then drizzle with hot fudge sauce and top with sprinkles.

Strawberry Wontons

A sweet twist to an Asian favorite.

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Yields: 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 container vanilla yogurt
  • 1 jar Breyers™ Real Fruit Strawberry Topping
  • 1 pouch Breyers™ Hot Fudge Ice Cream Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place wontons on a parchment or silicone-lined baking sheet.
  3. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Bake 4-6 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Spoon about 2 Tbsp of yogurt on half of the wontons, top with 1 Tbsp of strawberry topping and then top with another wonton.
  6. Drizzle with hot fudge sauce and enjoy.
